Job photo library
Every job above was checked in on site by the crew that did it. Damage frames are exactly as found, before anything was touched.
Photographs are the client’s own job documentation. Faces, house numbers, documents, and anything else identifying a customer are removed before a frame goes on this site.
How the work actually goes
From the wall you have not opened yet, to the room you get back.
Five stages, photographed on real Central Florida jobs. Keep scrolling to move through them, or jump straight to one.

Stage 01 05
We find where the water actually came from.
A stain on the ceiling is where water ends up, not where it started. A licensed assessor traces it back to the source, takes moisture readings behind what you can see, and photographs all of it so you are looking at the same evidence he is.

Stage 02 05
We seal the work off from the rest of your house.
Before anything is cut, the work area is closed in with sheeting and a zippered door. Without that, the first cut into a moldy wall puts spores into the air conditioning and moves your problem into rooms that never had one.

Stage 03 05
We take out only what has to come out.
Wet material behind tile, drywall and flooring has to go before the structure will dry. It comes out to a written scope you have already seen, and nothing starts until you know what it costs and who is paying for it.

Stage 04 05
We dry the structure, not just the surface.
Air movers and dehumidifiers run until the framing, the slab and the wall cavities read dry on a meter. Drying to a number instead of to the touch is what stops the same wall growing mold again in six weeks.

Stage 05 05
We put your house back, and it is still us doing it.
Tile, cabinets, counters, flooring and trim. Most restoration companies stop at demolition and hand you to a contractor you have never met. We are licensed for the rebuild too, so the job finishes with the people who started it.
These frames come from different jobs, not one house. Every one of them is ours.
Reading the wall
What each group of photographs is showing you.
Four things, in the order a job actually moves through them. You will see all four in the feed above.
01
Mold
Growth as it was found, before anything was disturbed. Behind baseboards, under carpet pad, on block behind drywall, and in wall cavities at plumbing runs. This is what it actually looks like, not a stock image of a petri dish.
02
Water damage
Damage from an event: a supply line, a roof, an appliance, a fire. Attic frames looking down at the back of a stained ceiling are the useful ones, because that is where the water was before it showed up in your room.
03
Containment and tear out
Containment sheeting and zippered doors, walls and ceilings opened, tile taken back to substrate, air movers running. The unglamorous middle of every job, and the part most companies do not photograph.
04
Put back together
The end of the job. Tile, cabinets, counters, flooring and trim, by the same licensed company that did the tear out. Most restoration galleries stop before this because most restoration companies do.
