UsuallyHow it usually goes
- The crew starts tearing out walls the day they arrive.
- A lien goes on your house from day one.
- The claim gets filed after your home is already torn open.
- If the insurer denies it, you are left with the damage and the bill.

Licensed mold assessment and remediation, water damage, and fire and smoke, by one company. We find the moisture, take the damage out at the source, rebuild the room, and run the insurance claim. You work directly with the owner, not a call center.
Nothing comes out of your house until we know who is paying for it.
What we do
Most homeowners end up coordinating a cleanup crew, a contractor, and an adjuster on their own. You do not have to. We do all three.
We handle fire and smoke damage too, including the soot, the odour at its source, and the rebuild. Fire and smoke restoration
The insurance question
Most companies open your house up first and hand you a bill if the claim gets denied. We do it backwards on purpose. One licensed company cleans up, rebuilds, and deals with the adjuster for you.
“Being this careful has cost us work. I am fine with that.”
What happens after you call
Five steps, in the order they actually happen. Nothing starts until you have seen the scope and the price in writing.
Step 01 / 05
The moment you call
You work directly with the owner, not a call center. He hears what is happening in plain language.
Step 02 / 05
Within minutes
He tells you what to do right now to keep the damage from spreading while help is on the way.
Step 03 / 05
Same day where we can
A licensed assessor is on site, finds the source, and measures how far it has gone.
Step 04 / 05
Before any work starts
A written scope, the cash price, and how insurance fits, so there are no surprises later.
Step 05 / 05
Start to finish
Cleanup, drying, rebuild, and the insurance claim. One company, one point of contact.
The 24 to 48 hour clock
Same wall, cut in half: what you can see, and what is actually behind it. Drag the handle and watch the two come apart.
What you see
What is behind it
The moment it starts
There is nothing to see in the room. No stain, no smell, no sound. The only thing that has happened is that the cavity behind your drywall has started getting wet.
Visible in the roomNothing
The gap between those two halves is why we take moisture readings instead of quoting from the stain.

Five stages, photographed on real Central Florida jobs. Keep scrolling to move through them, or jump straight to one.

Stage 01 05
A stain on the ceiling is where water ends up, not where it started. A licensed assessor traces it back to the source, takes moisture readings behind what you can see, and photographs all of it so you are looking at the same evidence he is.

Stage 02 05
Before anything is cut, the work area is closed in with sheeting and a zippered door. Without that, the first cut into a moldy wall puts spores into the air conditioning and moves your problem into rooms that never had one.

Stage 03 05
Wet material behind tile, drywall and flooring has to go before the structure will dry. It comes out to a written scope you have already seen, and nothing starts until you know what it costs and who is paying for it.

Stage 04 05
Air movers and dehumidifiers run until the framing, the slab and the wall cavities read dry on a meter. Drying to a number instead of to the touch is what stops the same wall growing mold again in six weeks.

Stage 05 05
Tile, cabinets, counters, flooring and trim. Most restoration companies stop at demolition and hand you to a contractor you have never met. We are licensed for the rebuild too, so the job finishes with the people who started it.
These frames come from different jobs, not one house. Every one of them is ours.
In their words
Three from our Google profile: a burst pipe put right, a mold job the customer was dreading, and an inspection that found nothing and said so. Thirty-four more are on there, and we have answered every one of them.

John took his time and was very thorough with the mold inspection. It turned out I didn't have any mold, and he recommended products from Amazon for some of the minor issues I did have. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and more than reasonable.

R2I did a great job fixing the huge mess from my broken pipe. I had water damage and a lot of mold. It was a slow leak that went on for a long time. This guy found all the damage and he did everything he promised in a reasonable amount of time. He's honest and the work they did made my home safe for my family and it looks great. Hopefully, I won't ever have another leak, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, honest, and efficient restoration work!

Straight from the field. Every job below was checked in on site by the crew that did it, with the photographs taken as the work happened.
Straight answers
Mostly about insurance, and mostly worried. Here is what we tell them on the phone, in the same words.
It depends on what caused it and what your policy says, and that answer is worth having before anyone opens a wall. We find out where you stand first, then run the claim end to end so you are not chasing an adjuster yourself. You also get the cash price up front, so you know the worst case in dollars from the first conversation.
You are not left with a torn open house and a bill you never agreed to. That is the whole reason nothing comes out of your house until we know who is paying for it. Most companies start demolition on day one and hand you the bill if the carrier says no. We lay out every outcome first, including the one where insurance pays nothing, and you decide from there.
Both. Drywall, tile, cabinets, counters, flooring and trim, all by the same licensed company that did the cleanup. Most restoration companies stop at demolition and hand you to a contractor you have never met, and the national franchises subcontract the rebuild by design. One company, one claim, one person to call.
Encapsulation has a few narrow legitimate uses and sealing over active growth on a wet surface is not one of them. If the water source is still there, it comes back through the coating. A real remediation means containment, negative air, HEPA filtration, removing the material that is affected, and fixing the moisture that fed it. Be careful with anyone quoting a spray only fix.
Sometimes, and if you want to we will tell you how to do it properly whether you hire us or not. A small patch of surface growth on a hard, non porous surface is often a homeowner job. Stop and call someone when it covers a large area, when it is in the air conditioning, when the water was dirty, or when anyone in the house has asthma or a weakened immune system.
John Foutz, the owner. You deal with him directly and he comes out. He holds Florida licenses as a mold assessor and a mold remediator, and work runs under his supervision rather than being handed off to a subcontracted crew you have never spoken to.
In Florida, one company cannot be the assessor and the remediator on the same job when a formal assessment is involved. That rule exists to protect you. When mold is clearly visible, we can give you a free estimate to remove it. When a formal assessment is needed, the assessor stays independent. We explain which applies before you spend a dollar.
We still take the work. Not every job is an insurance job, and a cash paying homeowner is not turned away or quoted out of the running. You get the same written scope and the same price in writing before anything starts.
