This guy found all the damage and he did everything he promised in a reasonable amount of time. He's honest and the work they did made my home safe for my family and it looks great. Hopefully, I won't ever have another leak, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Wow Service! I can't say enough about these guys! From start to finish they handled my emergency with professionalism and care. I had an upstairs leak that led to a real mess in both bathrooms. The first company I called came out and did the demo but didn't contain the area and basically left a mess.

I called "Ready2Inspect" and explained the situation to John. I was truly at a loss, not knowing what to do next.

John was like a "Knight in shining armor"! He came right over, assessed my situation and got to work dealing with the insurance company and handling every aspect of the repairs and restoration. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of insurance claims and worked to get me the best possible response within the constraints of my insurance policy budget. I might add that this all occurred Christmas week!

The entire team came by, explained what they would be doing and got to work containing the area, and remediating mold issues. John even called the previous company that left a mess to address the problems.

Roberto and John were in constant contact with me throughout the process, always showing up when promised and following up to make sure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Wilson and the crew did an amazing job with tile, drywall and painting. I have to mention that my house is nearly 100 years old and they were so respectful of my quirky house and maintaining its character, suggesting alternative options if I wished and assisting me in choosing tile and paint. Having little experience in this stuff I was so grateful.
