Mold remediation is the controlled removal of mold and the moisture feeding it. Real remediation is not spraying a coating over the problem: it means containing the area, removing the affected material at the source, correcting the water that caused it, and verifying the air afterward. A licensed Florida remediator does the work.
Why mold keeps coming back
Mold is a moisture problem before it is a mold problem. If the leak, the humidity, or the drainage that fed it is still there, it will grow back no matter how well the surface is cleaned.
That is why spraying an encapsulant over active growth does not fix anything. It hides the stain and leaves the cause in place. Proper remediation removes the material at the source and corrects the moisture first.

The visit is free. If mold is clearly there, a licensed assessor will look, take moisture readings, and give you a free estimate for the remediation. Laboratory testing and air sampling are a separate, quoted service, never added without your say so.

R2I did a great job fixing the huge mess from my broken pipe. I had water damage and a lot of mold. It was a slow leak that went on for a long time. This guy found all the damage and he did everything he promised in a reasonable amount of time. He's honest and the work they did made my home safe for my family and it looks great.
