Free · No obligation · Central Florida
Not sure what you are dealing with? That is exactly what the free inspection is for.
A musty smell you cannot place. A dark patch on the ceiling. Most people who call have no idea what is really going on, or how bad it is. You do not need to know. A licensed Florida mold assessor comes out, looks, and tells you plainly.
The inspection is free. Lab testing and air sampling are a separate service, and we quote them before we do anything. Nothing gets added to your bill without your say so.

Before you call
Your questions, answered straight.
Yes. A licensed Florida mold assessor comes out at no cost, looks at what you are worried about, takes moisture readings, and tells you plainly what is going on. There is no charge and no obligation.
Laboratory testing and air sampling are a separate, licensed service. If testing is the right call, we tell you what it costs first and quote it before we do anything. Nothing gets added to your bill without your say so.
Most people who call us do not. They smell something, or saw a patch, and they are not sure how bad it is. You do not need to know. Finding that out is exactly what the free inspection is for.
In Florida, one company cannot be the assessor and the remediator on the same job when a formal assessment is involved. That rule exists to protect you. When mold is clearly visible, we can give you a free estimate to remove it. When a formal assessment is needed, the assessor stays independent. We explain which applies before you spend a dollar.
Text is great. A lot of people would rather text, and when John is on a job it is easier for him too. Text a few details and he will get back to you to set up the visit.
We show you what we found and where, give you a written scope and a cash price, and lay out how insurance fits. Then you decide. There is no pressure. If you would rather handle it yourself, we will tell you how to do it properly.
Usually yes for the inspection. If remediation is needed and containment is required, we will tell you plainly what to expect before any work begins.
In their words
What people said after we came out.
Including one from somebody who turned out not to have mold at all, and got told so.

John took his time and was very thorough with the mold inspection. It turned out I didn't have any mold, and he recommended products from Amazon for some of the minor issues I did have. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and more than reasonable.

R2I did a great job fixing the huge mess from my broken pipe. I had water damage and a lot of mold. It was a slow leak that went on for a long time. This guy found all the damage and he did everything he promised in a reasonable amount of time. He's honest and the work they did made my home safe for my family and it looks great. Hopefully, I won't ever have another leak, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

We are in awe of the work this team did. From day one, they went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and taken care of. Mold issues are stressful, but their communication made all the difference.
John and Roberto were a godsend. They are clearly experts in their field and used specific techniques that saved us both time and money without sacrificing any quality. It is rare to find a team that balances high-level expertise with genuine care for the client.
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, honest, and efficient restoration work!
