For real estate agents and property managers
A partner who will not embarrass you in front of a client.
You recommended us, so it is your name on it as much as ours. Here is how we work and the number to reach us on, so you can judge that risk before you take it.
- You work directly with the owner, not a scheduler
- Consultation for property managers, and equipment rental on some jobs
- Licensed for mold and the rebuild too
Ready 2 Inspect works with Central Florida real estate agents and property managers. Reports are modern HTML with a PDF and photographs on every finding. The owner is a Florida licensed mold assessor and remediator, and holds the reconstruction side too, so a mold finding in a deal does not turn into four separate vendors. Property managers can book a consultation when their own team is doing the work, and on some jobs rent drying equipment from us instead, depending on the scope and on whether it is self-pay or an insurance claim.
What your client gets
Five things that decide whether your client thanks you afterwards.
Clear with your client
We are honest about what we find and we keep it in perspective. A cracked outlet cover is not delivered in the same tone as a failing roof, so nobody talks themselves out of a house over something that costs forty dollars.
Agreements and payment online
Online agreements, online payment, online scheduling. None of it lands on your desk and none of it becomes a phone call you have to chase.
Easy to book
Online, by phone, or by email, whichever you were going to reach for anyway. We do not make you use our system to get an inspection on the calendar.
Reminders and follow up, both ways
Email and text reminders, and follow up afterwards, to you and to your client. You should not be the one finding out that something did not happen.
A report that reads on a phone
Clean, visual, and easy to read on whatever device your client opens it on, which is almost always a phone in a car. Full detail in HTML with a PDF alongside it.
For property managers
Ask about the equipment, or hand us the unit.
Plenty of managers have a maintenance team that can handle a small water loss themselves. If that is you, you do not need a remediation quote. You need somebody licensed to tell you where the line is, and sometimes the equipment to do the drying. What we can rent out depends on the job, so call and ask about yours.
Equipment rental, case by case
On some losses, where your maintenance team is doing the drying themselves, we can rent you the equipment instead of you buying it for one unit. It depends on the scope of the job and on whether it is self-pay or going through insurance, so it is a conversation rather than a standing offer. Call and ask about the specific unit.
Consultation
A licensed second opinion on what you are looking at, how far it likely goes, and whether it is inside what your own crew should be taking on. Useful before you commit a team to a unit.
Or hand the whole thing over
When it is past what your team should be doing, the same company assesses it, remediates it, rebuilds it, and works the carrier. One vendor and one schedule.
When the deal has a mold or water problem in it
One licensed company, so the closing date survives.
A mold finding usually means an assessor, then a remediator, then a contractor to put the room back, then a carrier. Four vendors and four schedules is how a closing date dies. We hold the licenses for all of it.
Assess it and price it in writing
A written scope and a cash price before anything is opened up, so both sides are negotiating against a number rather than a fear. Free mold inspection.
Remediate it properly
Contained, removed at the source, and the moisture that caused it fixed, by a Florida licensed remediator. Mold remediation.
Rebuild what came out
Same company puts the room back. No second contractor, no second quote, no gap between tear out and finish. Water damage restoration.
Work the claim
Documented for the adjuster from the first photograph, and the house is not opened before coverage is known. See all restoration services.
