Water damage restoration is the process of removing standing water, drying the structure below the surface, and repairing what the water ruined. In Central Florida it needs to start fast: given our humidity, wet drywall and framing can begin growing mold in as little as 24 to 48 hours.

Moisture meters and thermal imaging show where the water actually went, behind walls and under floors, not just where it shows.

Air movers and commercial dehumidifiers bring the framing and drywall back to a normal moisture level, measured, not guessed.

Materials too far gone come out under containment so nothing spreads to the rest of the house.

R2I did a great job fixing the huge mess from my broken pipe. I had water damage and a lot of mold. It was a slow leak that went on for a long time. This guy found all the damage and he did everything he promised in a reasonable amount of time. He's honest and the work they did made my home safe for my family and it looks great.
